A few notes about artwork and designing...

We have a full service in house art department that can help take your ideas, no matter how rough, and turn them into a beautiful finished product.  However, if you choose to provide your own finished artwork, please follow the guidelines below.

Artwork is preferred in the following formats:

PDF Files created from vector files must be suitable for reverse-conversion to vector files or for use in the PDF format such that file meets the quality standard for vector files.

Ideally, digital images should be vector artwork (not bitmapped/raster) and saved in Adobe Illustrator as an EPS (encapsulated PostScript) file.  Any text must be converted to outlines (curves).

Please do NOT send raster images that are embedded within another file, such as within a Microsoft Word or Excel file.

If you cannot provide us with any of the preferred formats, then bitmapped/raster files, such as .TIF or .JPG, may be acceptable if the image is as large as possible and at a resolution of at least 200dpi.

Hard copy (printouts) logos should be as large as possible within an 8.5" X 11" area printed in black and white only.
